Colleen Malone

I’m a creative media and communications professional with 20+ years of experience turning ideas, information, and human stories into engaging content that connects with audiences and supports organizational goals.

My background spans video and audio production, digital and social content, visual communications, learning design, and education. I bring a rare combination of creative vision, production expertise, instructional experience, and operational leadership—allowing me to move comfortably from concept development and storytelling to hands-on production, design, and execution.

I’ve worked across the full content-production process, including concept development, pre-production, filming, directing, on-set production, camera and lighting support, editing, graphic design, social content, distribution, and digital asset management. I’m equally comfortable leading a production, collaborating as part of a creative team, or stepping in wherever a project needs support to move from idea to finished product.

My work includes producing broadcast and digital video, developing educational and promotional content, creating social media assets and graphics, and supporting branded storytelling for organizations and creative teams. I work across tools including Adobe Creative Cloud, Premiere Pro, Audition, Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, and other digital production platforms.

I’m also a professional actor who has performed on camera and onstage since the age of five. That lifelong performance experience gives me a unique perspective on storytelling, interviews, directing talent, audience engagement, and communicating authentically both behind and in front of the camera.

At the core of my work is the ability to combine creativity with clarity and purpose. Whether I’m producing video, creating digital content, developing visual communications, supporting a production team, or translating complex information into accessible stories, I bring curiosity, collaboration, adaptability, and a strong commitment to creating work that connects.
